Description
From central Ecuador comes this gorgeous medium sized tree. It only grows to about 20 ft in tropical areas, but the huge showy new leaf clusters still make it stand out in a crowd. The bright crimson and green mottled new leaves hang limp, then slowly harden off to green, forming an umbrella like canopy. The leaves may harden off to green before the auction close, but rest assured a new flush of brightly colored leaves will be on its way.
Plants available are about 10-12″tall
