Description
Anthurium gracile is found from Guatemala and Belize to the Guianas, Southern Brazil and Peru. It is also known from the West Indies to Trinidad and Hispanola. It is most easily recognized by its fleshy, white stilt roots and red berries. It would be great in terrariums since it stays a reasonable size. It’s also a beautiful specimen when grown in baskets since the roots will trail down 3 ft or more. When in fruit, it has beautiful bright red berries that hang down below the leaves. The plants we have available are about 4-6″ tall as in the last photo
